The Blueprint 3 isn't a one-man tour de force like the first. Jay is upstaged once or twice by his guests, and while the productions are stellar throughout--Timbaland appears three times, and No I.D. gets multiple credits also--it's clear there's less on Jay's mind this time.

The movie is set in the year 2154 and is about a man called Jake who can't walk and he is selected in the Avatar program where he has to go to Pandora jungle which is not a planet but it is one of the three giant gasses that is about 4 light years away from earth. On Pandora there are life forms such as the navis that are about 10 feet tall have sparkly blue skin, big eyes and tails. The humans have genetically bred human-navi hybrids known as Avatars. Jake is able to walk but falls in love with a female navi and now he has to choose the side between humans or the navis.

A vicious terrorist group has kidnapped the children of an Eastern European Prime Minister, holing up in the abandoned remains of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, threatening to detonate the radioactive site if their political demands aren’t met. With traditional armies failing to defuse the situation, the government resurrects the “UniSol” program with a new team of programmable warriors, now stronger than ever. However, on the loose is a rogue “Next Generation UniSol” (NGU) monster (Andrei “The Pit Bull” Arlovski), who shuts down every last rescue attempt.
